• Monthly rent must be paid by the 5th of every month
• Security deposit: 1 month rent (refundable)

✅ House Rules

• Gate closes by 10:30 PM
• No male visitors allowed inside the PG rooms
• Alcohol/smoking strictly prohibited
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

✅ Cancellation & Refund

• Security deposit refunded within 7 days after checkout (if no damages)
• 1 month notice required before leaving
